Symantec AntiVirus - Virus Scanning Instructions

Symantec AntiVirus is for student, faculty and staff use on home computers. It is not recommended for use on campus workstations since office and lab stations already have Trend Micro Office Scan installed on them.

Since many viruses infect your temporary internet files, please run Disk Cleanup before starting a scan. This will delete these temporary internet files.
