Adobe Connect

Specifically, you will learn how to: Introduction to the Connect interface
Creation of a Connect meeting invitation and Access to Connect Meetings
Explanation of Connect pods to include audio/video, sharing content, and chat

 

 

Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Pro Enhancing Electronic Documents

In this workshop, participants will learn how to combine multiple files into a single long PDF document. You will add links, headers/footers, bookmarks and more. If you are combining multiple document types, as in dissertations, grant applications, annual reports or manuscripts, this workshop is for you.

Specifically, you will learn how to: create a PDF from multiple files (including .doc files)
insert, delete and rotate pages edit text within a PDF
add headers & footers with page numbers create links
add bookmarks add multimedia files

 

Adobe: Acrobat Forms

In this workshop, participants will create an electronic application form using Adobe Acrobat. They will create the text fields, checkboxes and buttons, and fields which will perform calculations based on the values contained in other fields.

Specifically, you will learn how to: create text fields
create checkbox fields format fields
calculate fields submit form through the web

 

Qualtrics: The Basics

Qualtrics is a robust, intuitive, user-friendly, online survey tool which is being used by Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, government institutions and over 90 of the nation's top business schools. It is an excellent web-based survey software package that offers a fantastic array of question types, a well-designed survey development interface, survey promotion capabilities and a powerful reporting engine.


DreamWeaver CS4: Basics

This workshop introduces the Dreamweaver web authoring application, and provides instructions on how to design and publish a simple multi-page web site. If you have been assigned responsibility for editing departmental pages, you need to take the basics and the class for Web editors.

Specifically, you will learn how to: design a simple Web site
work with tables insert graphics
work with CSS styles insert 3 different kinds of links

This workshop introduces site definitions, working with IPFW template pages, editing, policies on content, and publishing.
