Floppy and Zip Disk Data Recovery
The Help Desk has a variety of tools available to
test and fix problems with floppy and zip disks for possible data
recovery. If students, faculty or staff have a disk that appears to
be malfunctioning, they may drop it off at the Help Desk to be worked
on. Recovery time takes anywhere from a few minutes to several hours
so it is recommended a phone number or e-mail address be left for
the Help Desk to contact you when work has been completed.
