Qualtrics

[Accessing Purdue Career Account ID]  [Create Account]  [Login]

Qualtrics is an excellent web-based survey software package that offers a fantastic array of question types, a well-designed survey development interface, good fielding/survey promotion capabilities and a powerful reporting engine.

To login to the Qualtrics system, you must: 

  • Know your Purdue Career Account username/password
  • Create an account

Also, if you do not know your Purdue Career Account username/password or you would like to added to the Qualtrics listserv, you can fill out and submit the form at the bottom of the page.

Create Account

If you know your Purdue Career Account username/password, but have not yet created a Qualtrics account, please complete the account form at the following URL: https://www.itap.purdue.edu/tlt/qualtrics/

Click the first line of the blue box: "New User? Create a Qualtrics account."

Create a Qualtrics Account.

  1. Enter your first name, last name, and IPFW address
  2. Then, enter your Purdue Career Account username and password (if unknown, please contact Jan Nichols at 260-481-6032)
  3. Click submit

Accessing Purdue Career Account Information
