Each lab has at least one adjustable table for people with special physical needs. These adaptive workstations have large monitors for the visually challenged and additionally run special software packages, like Dragon Naturally Speaking and ZoomText. [Adaptive Software, Accessing Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Transferring User Files to a Zip Disk]. Students are responsible for their own headsets.
Computers with CD-ROM drives and sound are available in all labs. To maintain a suitable work environment, speakers are not available. Students must supply their own head phones.
