Problem Reporting
If the previous user failed to log off and the PC is locked:
- You must power off the computer by pressing the POWER BUTTON for at least 8 seconds or until the computer turns off.
- Wait 4 more seconds, then press the power button again, to reboot the machine.
If there is no image on the projection screen but the projector is powered on, the lamp is glowing, and the fan is humming:
- The monitor may be in sleep mode, causing nothing to display on the projection screen. Move the mouse or press "Enter" and WAIT a few moments for the monitor to awake.
- A VHS or DVD was previously used. You may have to switch the projector input back to RGB 1.
If you accidentally power-off the projector
- The cooling fan will cycle on and you will need to wait for the projector to go through cool-down before pressing "Power".

If you discover a problem please call the Help Desk at 481-6969 and a technician will be dispatched in a timely manner. Additionally, if you encounter a problem with the equipment that has a Crestron touch display, you can press the help button on the touch panel and follow the prompts.
