  • Internal Zip 100Mb or 250Mb drive (Omni Tech only - no zip drives on Dells)
  • 17" monitor 16x/40x (Omni Tech), or 17"/19" flat panel on Dells
  • CD/DVD ROM drive (read only - no write capability)
  • Windows XP Operating System
  • 64Mb or 256Mb video RAM
  • PC audio connected to room sound system.
  • The video image is doubled and is projected through a ceiling-mounted projector (where available) as well as displayed on the PC's monitor.
  • All systems have similar input equipment: DVD/VCR, VHS, PC, notebook, and sound. Spectrum lecterns have touch panel control system by Crestron. These controls include a connection to the help desk for help if equipment fails.
  • DVD/VCR combination units are inside the front door of the lectern and are controlled by the touch panel on top of the lectern (on Crestron lecterns). In older instillation's, the sound amplifier, mixer and DVD/VHS player is installed in a large metal cabinet near the Nova lectern.
  • Remote support from ITS - available from the touch panel (Crestron lecterns).
