
Student Email
Every student admitted to take credit courses at IPFW has a computer account generated for them automatically as soon as they are admitted. An email account is included in this access. Students must activate their account before using it. Student accounts, including email, are to be used to complete tasks related to university responsibilities and are subject to the terms of the ethical guidelines students agree to when activating their accounts.
Students can read their email via a web interface accessible via myIPFW. Additionally, students have the option of forwarding their email to another email address. Email is the official means of university communication so it is important that students read their mail and/or keep their forwarding address current.
