Forgot Your Password?
If you forget your password or are otherwise unable to log into your account, it is possible to reset the password. Students, if they have set up a secret question and answer can go to myIPFW and click the Forgot username/password link and follow the prompts. If this does not work, you have not set up a security question or you are not an IPFW student, you will need to have your password reset by an IT Services employee. Students can see a consultant in any student access lab. Employees can see a technician at the Help Desk in KT 206. Photo ID is required so phone requests for password changes cannot be honored for security reasons.
