Help Desk Student Technicians

Want to work at the Help Desk?

Do you like working with people and computers?  Are you comfortable explaining things?  Do you like learning new types of software?  Are you familiar with Windows 98/2000/XP, or Macintosh OS?  Are you organized?  Do you have good communication skills?

Each position listed below will tell you the kind of person we are looking for, what your duties would be, and information on how to apply.  

Do you have what it takes?

You must be a courteous person who has good grammar skills and enjoys learning.  With these qualities you can acquire the other skills that you will need to work at IT Services Help Desk. Read about the requirements of each position.

If you still want to apply for a position the Help Desk has open, please fill out an application.  Be sure to indicate on your application which position(s) you are interested in.  We will review your application and let you know if we are interested in talking to you.  If so, we will also arrange with you the time and place for your first interview.
