P Drive Access Request

The P drive is where campus web site files are housed. Every department has web space, however additional P drives can be created for university programs, organizations, etc. At any point after the creation of a P drive, access can be granted or removed for individuals.

To have a new P drive created or to grant or remove access for specific individuals regarding exisitng P drives, please provide the following information:

New P Drive Creations

Proposed name of P drive:
The name of the P drive will determine the URL: http://www.ipfw.edu/p_drive_name

Grant access to the following people (name and username):

Please note that new P drive creations can only be completed on Wednesday evenings at 9PM during routine web maintenance.


Changes to Existing P Drive Access

Exact name of current P drive folder or URL:

Remove access from (name and username):

Please note that changes in access to existing P drives can only be approved by the "owner" of that drive. For departmental P drives, this would be the Dean, Chair, Director, Supervisor, etc. Others with signature authority or ownership status for a P drive can also approve changes to the drive access.
