The Office Support staff is responsible for the day-to-day clerical needs of the department, including purchasing, accounts payable, HR forms and reporting, budget data entry and administrative support.

User Technology Support
UTS is primarily responsible for faculty/staff microcomputer application software training; academic/administrative computing support; development of in-house documentation and department newsletter publication.

The Customer Service Center
The Customer Service Center encompasses a staff of twenty‐five people from the areas of Systems Access Support, Help Desk, End‐User Support, Student Labs and Classroom IT/Audio‐Visual Support.

Infrastructure Services encompasses a staff of 15 people from the areas of Server and Network Administrators, Data Center Operations, and Telephone Operations/Information Desk.

Infrastructure Engineering oversees projects involving telecommunications design, research computing, database administration and longer term projects.
Applications Engineering
The Application Engineering team is responsible for integrating student records with both Purdue and Indiana main campuses, and enhancing the Banner Student Information System.
